Orders worth more than 50,000 UAH can be picked up and paid for at any Nova Poshta branch or in our store.
Address delivery of unpaid orders in the amount of over UAH 50,000 is not carried out.
If your order is sent from any city, except Vinnytsia, to the warehouse of the company "Nova poshta" in your city, the delivery cost is calculated according to the service tariffs delivery.
When receiving an order, you must have a passport or driver's license with you. Only the person to whom the delivery is registered can receive the pre-paid product. Payment for lifting the goods to the floor (made to the courier personally).
* When calculating the cost of lifting the goods, the physical or volume weight of the order (large size) is taken into account. If it is not possible to lift the goods by elevator, the cost is charged per floor.

Payment by non-cash payment is made at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company's current account. When choosing a non-cash payment method, delivery of the order is possible after receipt of funds in our current account

After placing the order, the store manager will send you an invoice by fax or e-mail, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company's current account. For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided.

Payment of the order online with a Visa or MasterCard bank card. Delivery of goods is possible only after confirmation of payment.
You can pay for your order online with a Visa or MasterCard bank card. Payment by payment cards is carried out in the following way: when placing an order on the website, you will be asked to choose a payment method. In the Payment column, you need to select "Payment by card on the website".
After that, you will be redirected to the page of the bank's secure payment system, where you will need to confirm the payment.
Please note that only the client whose full name was entered on the website during the application process can receive the goods paid for by payment card, therefore, when receiving the order, you must have your passport with you.
Cash on delivery
Payment is made after checking the composition of the parcel for compliance with the order and the sales receipt exclusively in the national currency. We draw your attention to the fact that upon receipt of the parcel at the branch of the carrier company or from the courier and payment, you sign the act of acceptance and handover, which confirms the fact that the parcel has been checked for compliance with your order, and also agrees with the appearance of the product, its configuration and has no complaints to the online store and carrier company.
